General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Any person who makes a reservation with the private wellness Spa Louise automatically accepts these general terms and conditions of sale.
Wearing sandals is mandatory. Please bring your own sandals, otherwise rental is possible at 3€/pair.
Article 1 | Reservation
Any reservation is only valid in the presence of an adult who assumes full responsibility for any minor(s). Management reserves the right of entry and to verify the accuracy of the information provided.
The reservation only takes effect upon receipt of the deposit:
the deposit is paid via a secure link sent to the customer (secure online payment by credit card, Bancontact, or bank transfer). If there are more than 7 calendar days between the reservation date and the service date, the customer must pay this deposit within 3 calendar days from the reservation date.
If there are fewer than 7 calendar days between the reservation date and the service date, the customer must pay the deposit on the day the reservation is made, ideally within one hour. The reservation is only validated once the deposit is paid. Without a deposit, Spa Louise reserves the right to sell the slot to someone else and cancel your reservation. In that case, the customer will be informed by SMS of the cancellation. For group reservations of 4 people or more, the identity card of one member of the group will be required and returned at the end of the session after inspection of the premises. You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the reserved date; if you wish to cancel, the deposit will not be refunded but may be postponed once for a later reservation. In case of cancellation after this 2-calendar-day period, the deposit will be permanently lost, even if the establishment is not to your liking or in the event of force majeure. In the case of a reservation cancelled for the same day, there will be no refund or postponement of the deposit for any reason whatsoever, including force majeure, and the full amount will be due. If the customer cancels the agreement within less than 48 hours prior to the rental, their deposit or the total amount will be charged as an administrative fee, calculated at half of the total amount due. The customer may under no circumstances invoke force majeure (e.g. accidents, covid, bad weather, illness, death, impediment, etc.) and expressly waives their right (in accordance with Article VI.47 and following of the Code of Economic Law), within 14 days, without justification and without additional fees, to withdraw their reservation, order, gift voucher, or any purchase or service from Spa Louise. By paying the deposit, the customer declares agreement with these general conditions. Any accepted refund request concerning a prior payment made by credit card/PayPal/cards will be calculated pro rata of transaction fees (10%), including administrative fees, and this amount will therefore be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Spa Louise may cancel the reservation only in case of non-payment of the deposit, in case of force majeure following a technical failure, or due to government measures related to COVID. The deposit will then be placed in your personal account at Spa Louise. Each deposit remains valid for 2 years from the value date of payment.
After expiry of this 2-year period, the deposit will be charged as an administrative fee. This period cannot be interrupted under any circumstances.
You are responsible for the proper use of the facilities made available to you by private wellness Spa Louise. Spa Louise disclaims all liability in case of accident or incident with physical and/or material damage caused by incorrect or imprudent use of the facilities. Private wellness Spa Louise disclaims all liability in the event of loss or theft of belongings. You are required to cover repair and restoration costs for any damage occurring in the rented area. Private Wellness Spa Louise reserves the right to refuse access to the complex for any reason whatsoever. The space is privatized for a defined duration; please vacate the premises at the scheduled time. In case of exceeding the planned duration, an additional fee of 25€/5 minutes will be due. If, for reasons beyond our control (technical issue, natural disaster, force majeure, ...), Spa Louise cannot provide the reserved service that has already been partially paid, the company undertakes to guarantee the validity of the payment for a service as soon as possible. No refund will be granted. An appointment is a commitment; failing to honor it may generate fees. Our company uses a debt collection service for any booked and unattended appointment; according to the cancellation terms described above, the eligible amount remains due and the debt collection service will take the necessary actions.

Once the appointment is booked, you can move it or cancel it up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, free of charge. After this period, the gift voucher is considered used and therefore lost if you do not show up.
Our gift vouchers are valid for 2 years and cannot be extended.
Article 2 | Personal data – privacy
You have certainly heard about the GDPR, the General Data Protection Regulation. At Spa Louise, we are also required to comply with the new European rules on the collection and retention of personal data. Data processing falls within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. For the purposes of this regulation, CALM SPRL, 193 AVENUE DE JETTE – 1090 BRUSSELS and SAMA DEVELOPPEMENT SRL, 223 AVENUE LOUISE - 1050 BRUSSELS, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0538.868.652, are considered data controllers. CALM SPRL and SAMA DEVELOPPEMENT SRL apply a strict confidentiality policy. We take your privacy very seriously and handle your personal information with the utmost care. This privacy policy, which applies to Spa Louise website, describes how we process data from prospects, customers and partners. The privacy statement applies to all personal data collected via the Spa Louise website or through any other channel. It complies with current European legislation regarding the processing and protection of personal data. Spa Louise respects the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that personal information provided to us is treated confidentially.
