Terms and Conditions of Sale

By booking a session at Spa Louise, you accept these terms and conditions of sale.

Wearing sandals is mandatory in the spa area.

Article 1 - Booking and cancellation

All bookings must be confirmed by online or on-site payment.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, free of charge.

After this period, no refund will be made.

In case of delay of more than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to reduce the duration of your session.

Any session started is due in full.

The spa is privatized for you. Please respect the reserved times.

Gift vouchers

Have you received a gift voucher to enjoy the private Spa? Contact us to arrange the booking together at 0471/540.890.

Once the appointment is made, you can move or cancel it up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, free of charge.

After this period, the gift voucher is considered used and therefore lost if you do not show up.

Article 2 - Prices and payment

The prices displayed on the site are in euros, all taxes included.

Payment is made online by credit card or on site by cash or Bancontact.
